Ismail Mohamed Attorneys is owned and managed by Ismail Mohamed. Ismail Mohamed attained a B.Th (Aalim) degree from the Islamic College of Southern Africa and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of the Western Cape.
Ismail Mohamed having an LLB degree as well as an Islamic studies degree is uniquely qualified to ensure that your marriage contract is sharia compliant and enforceable under South African Law. He will also ensure that your marriage contract include your unique personal requirements.
