Deceased estates

When a person dies, an executor who is basically in plain terms, responsible for handling all the outstanding issues of the deceased, thus looking and determining the assets of the deceased as well as liabilities and debts. If the deceased died with a valid Will, the estate is administered and distributed in accordance with the Will. If the deceased did not have a Will, the estate is administered and distributed according to certain rules.
